The Manhattan Beach 10k has been passionate about health and fitness since it was founded during the running boom of 1978! We have 42 years of history to reminisce and celebrate, the excitement of a 2020 Special Edition Race, and look forward to the years ahead. With this in mind, our MB10k race shirt is ‘throwback nouveau’ combining the design of 1982 with an updated logo for 2020.

MB10k Swag Store Is Now Open

As part of our 45th Anniversary celebration, we have opened up an online Manhattan Beach 10k Swag Store for a limited time! Each item features the 2022 Finisher Tee artwork by Joe Vickers. We’ve got a coffee mug, trucker hat, tanks and tees. The Unisex tees are offered in long or short sleeve, cotton or tech. The women’s tank choices are cotton or tech, also.

We've Got Prize Money Coming Your Way!

We have some excellent news to share! 3Leaf Realty has generously offered to provide our race with cash prizes for the next five years, starting with our 45th birthday on October 1st. $250 will be awarded to both the male and female overall winners of the MB10k. MB10k Spotlight - Artist Joe Vickers

At the beginning of July we revealed our awesome Finisher Tee image, pictured above. The art is by Joe Vickers and it is absolutely perfect for our 45th birthday! We wanted to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about Joe. He works on painting, drawing and writing out of his studio in Southern California.

The 2022 MB10k Finisher Tee Reveal

We are thrilled to show you the Finisher Tee for this year! Our race shirts are the best ones out there, in our humble opinion. We have vowed to keep advertising off of them for the last 45 years. It isn't a billboard for sponsor logos, it truly is a work of art! This gorgeous design, by Joe Vickers, will be featured on the back of a yellow tee, with our MB10k Finisher logo on the front. It's a high-quality blend, offered in your choice of long or short sleeve, sizes and styles subject to availability.

MB10k Spotlight - The Daily With Lindsay Wandzilak

Last year we welcomed a new sponsor to the Manhattan Beach 10k - The Daily With Lindsay Wandzilak. She was an awesome addition as she shared her race training journey, fitness tips and yummy recipes. Not only did she have an amazing booth at our post-race expo, Lindsay also ran the MB10k and was the second place finisher in the Female Division with a time of 37:39!

The 45th Annual running of the Manhattan Beach 10k is taking place on October 1, 2022. And we want you to celebrate this milestone birthday with us! To mark this special occasion, we are opening up online registration on February 12, 2022. This is your opportunity to get the best pricing and guarantee your Finisher Tee size and style after you cross the finish line.

Last Call For MB10k Tee Shirts And Medals

This is it! It's your final chance to purchase a 2021 MB10k tee for $10 cash at Village Runner, Manhattan Beach. If you placed in the Top 10 of your Division for the October 2 race, and haven't picked up your medal yet at Village Runner, you must do so by November 5 when the awards are set to be recycled.

MB10k Registration Closes Tonight!

Online registration closes this evening, October 1, at 6pm PST. We’ll have a special table set up for you at Village Runner, Manhattan Beach to pick up your race bib today from 11am-6pm. Or you can pick it up race morning from 6a-7am near the start of the race. We have no race day registration!
