A milestone this big deserves an early Save the Date. In 2027, the Manhattan Beach 10K will celebrate its 50th Running, marking five decades of runners, families, volunteers, neighbors, and local traditions coming together for one of Manhattan Beach’s favorite mornings of the year.
Mark your calendar now for Saturday, October 9, 2027, and plan to be part of this very special race.
We have sold out for the past four years, so this is one date you’ll want on your calendar early.
Giving Back to Our Community
The MB10K is about more than the miles. As a non-profit, volunteer-run race, we are proud to give back to the community through scholarships and local fitness and community initiatives. To date, those donations have surpassed $825,000.
This year, the MB10K donated $5,000 to Leadership Manhattan Beach Class of 2026 in support of its Iron Rails to Green Trails project. The project celebrates the history of Veterans Parkway and the Greenbelt, including its beginnings as part of the former Santa Fe rail line, through educational signage, historic photographs, and stories along the trail.
One Last 2026 Race Reminder
Still need to pick up a 2026 medal or finisher tee? They’ll be available at Village Runner Manhattan Beach through October 31, so be sure to stop by before the end of the month. They are open daily from 11am-6pm.
THE MB10K IS A NON-PROFIT EVENT AND THE PROCEEDS ARE DONATED TO COMMUNITY FITNESS RELATED CAUSES & SCHOLARSHIPS. THE RACE COMMITTEE ORGANIZERS AND RACE STAFF ARE VOLUNTEERS.
